Not so anymore! A client called us very upset. His son had booked their honeymoon on a well-known website to go to Australia. The morning after the wedding, they were getting ready to depart and checked with the airline to find out if they were on time. Guess what? The flights did not exist! Frantic, our client called us very upset and we booked the honeymooners on real flights. If they had gone to the airport, there would not have been a flight for them. While some sites do a good job, we now find, in many cases, we are able to find flights for our customers at lower rates than they were quoted. Think twice now when you book a trip online. Sometimes, it's the lowest fare - sometimes it's not! Call us - we're happy to help, and in many cases, can save you more money than the websites, even with a small fee!
GLOBAL ENTRY A GREAT SUCCESS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS!
This has been so successful, we are going to schedule another date in the near future. We have U.S. Customs Agents coming to our office in Syosset so you don't have to go to the airport. Global Entry is the way to bypass those long Customs and Immigration lines when you arrive from overseas. You must pre-register and receive conditional approval, but it's an easy process. We used it recently and went through the airport in 20 minutes.

FAKE ITALIAN PILOT ARRESTED!
A 32 year-old man who posed as an airline pilot was arrested in the Turin Airport using forged identity cards and wearing a pilot's uniform. Police said he had flown for free on at least one flight as a "third party pilot" sitting in the cockpit, but they didn't know if he had actually piloted a plane
WHAT DO YOU DO IF YOU LOSE YOUR PASSPORT ABROAD?
Go to the Embassy. You will need to complete a new passport application. The consulate officer must be satisfied as to your identity and citizenship. Whatever you do, don't make any jokes about being a double agent and certainly don't tell them your name is "Jason Bourne."
